If you get a new welcome email and are confused, it probably means (if you haven't already) it's time to get your site and everything moved over to the new hosting systems as the last of the old ones will be going away very soon.
Just pretend you're starting from scratch, put in a ticket if you have any questions & let us know when you're done so we can terminate the old service.
If a correct password was available for you, your account likely could have been migrated, virtually seamlessly. However, your email logins may have changed. There are 2 possible formats depending on your account type. Username only and full email logins. If your email acts up, just change from one to the other and you should be back in business.
